What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Both plans include the full Ivy feature set, including the AI Security Assistant — the only difference is usage limits. Free covers 5 masked emails and 3 virtual cards at no cost. Pro raises those to 500 masked emails and 12 virtual cards (up to 4 new per month), and adds 2 masked phone numbers with 100 calls and 300 SMS per month, plus priority support.
How do virtual card fees work?
Both plans support ACH bank funding with zero fees. If you fund with a credit or debit card, there's a 2.9% + $0.30 fee per transaction. Please note that ACH funding becomes available after an account eligibility review period. All new accounts start with credit/debit card funding.
Is the Free plan really free? Can I upgrade later?
Yes — Ivy Free is free forever with no credit card required. You get the full feature set with starter usage limits (5 masked emails and 3 virtual cards). You can upgrade to Pro anytime to unlock higher limits and masked phone numbers, and you can downgrade again whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't believe in lock-ins.
